Description

Le métier d’employé de maison présente de nombreuses similitudes avec la gestion d’une petite entreprise.

Il exige une vaste gamme de compétences pour accomplir des tâches multifacettes telles que l’organisation, la planification, la prise de décision, ainsi que l’entretien et la propreté. Les employeurs comprennent non seulement les particuliers, mais aussi les hôtels, les restaurants et les institutions de santé et de soins sociaux.
